The Upper Main Street District of the City has recently experienced an increase in retail and entertainment activity. With the increased vitality, the City recognized the need to address parking issues. CEG inventoried both on-street and off-street spaces, conducted public hearings, visited merchants, and examined future events that would likely impact parking. Based upon our study, we crafted a series of action steps to enhance parking conditions now and during the next five years.
