Architectural Detailer
Perform CAD drafting and detailing of precast erection drawings, including precast concrete shop drawings using CAD technology; generate drawings from sketches, calculations, construction documents including architectural/structural blueprints and verbal instructions; prepare grid layouts, floor plans, sections, details and elevations relevant to a variety of precast projects including stadiums, parking garages and prisons; make shop tickets for various precast piece drawings including wall panels, spandrels, beams, columns and stairs; and use theoretical principles of geometry and trigonometry to determine angles as well as basic math to calculate weights, volumes and quantities. Reqd Bachelor (or its foreign educational equivalent) in related field of study plus 1 year relevant experience. Will accept any equally suitable combination of education, training and/or experience which would qualify an applicant to perform the duties of the job offered.

Project Coordinators and Engineers
We are looking for experienced project coordinators/checkers and project engineers with a minimum of 3 years experience with precast and prestressed concrete shop drawings. We are in search of several architectural and architectural technology graduates with 2-year Associate or 4-year Bachelors degrees. Duties would include the production of architectural and structural drawings and precast shop drawings. AUTOCAD proficiency is required. There is potential for advancement to Project Coordinator and beyond.
