BIM

Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a 3D representation of a proposed project which is shared among several trades to make the decision making process more efficient. The companies of CEG offer several BIM Levels of Development to help with our clients needs which include:

• Sales Models - Basic geometric representations of precast items with approximate quantities, shapes, and sizes.
• Coordination Models - Used for clash detection among various trades involved in a project.
• Complete System Models - A complete model including highly detailed precast elements complete with connections, materials, and all other associated elements of the project.

We currently offer three platforms for modeling:

• Revit
• Tekla
• StructureWorks
